The year-end bonuses are on top of appreciation bonuses some companies gave earlier this fall to thank their employees during the coronavirus crisis. Davis Polk set standards for bonuses ranging from $7,500 to $40,000. Not all companies give their employees extra bonus dollars on top of their regular bonuses unless they match the market and have very different compensation this year.
